    Help

Some programs have problems if you have, say, COM 1, COM 2 and
COM 4. This program will try and solve such problems without you
having to open the computer and adjust the switches.

In beginner mode (press B as the program starts), the program will
try to sort out the problem with as little communication with the
    user as possible.

It will try to find the problem and then ask the user if it has found
it. If the user agrees, the program tries to correct the problem.

Once this has been done, the user must test the COM ports and then,
if they work, reboot and run the program again. This time, the user
must make the change permanent (again, go into beginner mode but
ask the program to make the change permanent just before you exit).
That is, the program saves the settings to disk and then adds them
    to the AUTOEXEC.BAT file.

When you later change the hardware settings, you can simply edit out
the change in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file and reboot. DOS will then do
    the standard auto detection.
